Provides technical, administrative, and quality oversight for claims operations, including delegated claims administrators, offshore partners, first notice of loss, data governance, audits, internal controls, SOPs, peer reviews, projects, and loss fund reconciliation. The role coordinates with claims, finance, legal, data operations, auditors, TPAs, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, compliant claims processes and strong customer service.

Supports onboarding and ongoing processing of sub-delegated insurance programs. Responsibilities include setting up binders in Subscribe, coordinating booking instructions, reviewing bordereaux entries, resolving data issues with MGAs, tracking signed bordereaux and funds, processing paid bordereaux values, and coordinating submissions and fund remittance with internal teams and brokers. Requires prior insurance exposure, strong organization, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Supports monthly financial close activities for Chicago and New York operations, including bank account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, settlements, statutory financial reporting, and ledger submissions. Maintains accurate and timely financial records while supporting regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
