Leads delivery of a large, multi-project federal program valued above $150M, overseeing finances, contract performance, staffing, schedules, risks, compliance, and performance metrics. Coordinates cross-functional teams and serves as the primary agency stakeholder contact. The role also supports client satisfaction, program growth, proposal development, and strategic partnerships while ensuring delivery aligns with mission objectives and contract requirements.

Leads architecture, automation, reliability, and evolution of secure cloud platforms supporting federal systems. Owns Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and platform standards. Partners across engineering, security, architecture, and product teams; evaluates technologies, leads technical decisions, and mentors engineers. Requires deep DevOps, infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud, scripting, and production troubleshooting expertise, along with technical leadership and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Lead the architecture, development, modernization, and deployment of secure enterprise software systems for federal clients. Build scalable backend applications and REST and GraphQL APIs, guide system design and technical decisions, troubleshoot complex systems, and support cloud modernization, DevSecOps, testing automation, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams while mentoring engineers and translating mission requirements into technical solutions.
