Supports clinical research site operations by scheduling participants, preparing visits, managing supplies, processing and shipping specimens, maintaining study logs and regulatory documents, and supporting investigational product accountability. Follows protocols, GCP, sponsor requirements, and site SOPs while escalating deviations and documentation concerns. The role is in-person in Schaumburg and requires confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, and coordination with study teams, laboratories, and couriers.

Coordinate and oversee cardiovascular clinical trials including patient recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, data collection and entry, regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH), site operations, sponsor communication, and process improvement to support study performance.

Provides strategic in-house legal support focused on vendor, technology, professional services, and healthcare agreements. Drafts and negotiates contracts, manages the contract lifecycle, advises on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, partners with executives on business risks, develops legal training, promotes CLM tools, and manages outside counsel. Requires a law degree, active state bar membership, and at least four years of legal experience.
