The Product Manager will work with key stakeholders from CardX’s technology, operations, and sales teams to establish product priorities, translate market research and stakeholder feedback into feature specifications, and manage launch schedule and strategy. This role requires strong leadership skills, passion for excellence in product, and the ability to distill feedback from multiple teams into a clear, coherent vision. Product priorities include the next generation of CardX web applications for eCommerce transactions, an entirely new merchant-facing portal for reporting and financial reconciliation, and a new line of hardware devices for face-to-face transactions.

Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of CardX’s highly valued clients. A pivotal member of the fast-paced Operations Team, you’ll need the excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with clients and the interpersonal skills and diplomacy to ensure clients’ needs are being carefully understood and met with solutions that align with CardX’s standard of excellence. In addition to nurturing existing client relationships, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential new relationships and guiding them to fruition. We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years’ professional experience delivering exceptional client service or customer success, and the desire to make an impact as part of a fast-growing company.
