The Digital Product Owner shapes and prioritizes the Sensei web experience using customer research, analytics, AI tools, and rapid experimentation. Responsibilities include product discovery, backlog management, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, leading agile ceremonies, prototyping, measuring adoption and outcomes, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver iterative product value.

Lead product ownership for payments, APIs, integrations, and partnerships for Sensei Cloud. Prioritize backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive roadmap execution, measure product outcomes, and ensure high-quality releases that deliver customer and business value.

Drive expansion revenue within a portfolio of SMB dental practice customers through outbound outreach, account reviews, product demonstrations, and upsell/cross-sell. Meet weekly and monthly KPIs, act as a sales-focused point of contact, maintain product expertise, and build long-term trusted-advisor relationships.
