Supports contract development, negotiation, maintenance, research, analysis, and documentation. Coordinates contract processes, monitors inquiries and single case agreements, reviews proposals for accuracy and completeness, recommends changes, and identifies improvement opportunities. The role ensures contracts are properly signed, stored, and maintained while collaborating with internal departments and meeting high standards for productivity, accuracy, organization, and follow-up.

Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.

Design, configure, and maintain Workday security across HCM and other modules. Build role-based access models, security groups, domain and business process policies. Troubleshoot access issues, perform SoD and audit reviews, support integrations and releases, create security documentation, and collaborate with HR/Finance/Compliance. Mentor team members and participate in on-call rotation.
