Manage end-to-end corporate packaging graphics and labeling programs, oversee USDA/Canada label submittals and approvals, proof and sign off packaging proofs and live samples, maintain packaging specifications and regulatory documentation, and serve as primary internal and external contact for graphics, suppliers, and customer inquiries.

Lead month-end close activities by preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Support financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audits, and cross-functional accounting (inventory, fixed assets, cost, intercompany). Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and participate in system and automation projects.

Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations. Troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, manage user access, create documentation and training, support upgrades and testing, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist with legacy system maintenance (VB/C#). Participate in continuous improvement and occasional travel for on-site support.
