Provides day-to-day HR support at a manufacturing facility, handling employee questions, personnel records, HRIS updates, payroll inquiries, employee relations, workplace investigations, onboarding, training coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and employee communications. The role partners with supervisors and leadership, maintains confidentiality, supports employment-law compliance, and develops independent investigation skills. This is a six-month temporary position with potential permanent placement.

Leads regulatory compliance, food labeling, nutrition documentation, formulation oversight, and product development across multiple meat product business units. Ensures compliance with USDA, FDA, CFIA, and other requirements; reviews packaging, claims, formulations, and marketing materials; manages label approvals and regulatory records; and provides technical support to customers and suppliers. Leads cross-functional commercialization projects, timelines, risk assessments, and management-of-change documentation from product concept through launch.

Supports daily accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, batch posting, accounts payable, financial reporting, variance review, internal controls, audits, and month-end close. The role also assists with process improvements, automation initiatives, and Paycom-related accounting or payroll support. Collaboration across accounting, finance, and operations is required to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
