Supervise 2nd-shift production of poly iso insulation: manage and coach production staff, enforce safety, conduct performance reviews and documentation, inspect product quality, oversee housekeeping, SPC usage, SOP and training development, support COS processes, fill in for other supervisors, manage waste chemical disposal, and present SQDC metrics to achieve plant goals.

Design and estimate tapered insulation systems for commercial roofing: interpret drawings, create shop drawings and quotes, collaborate with architects and contractors, revise proposals, and provide customer and field support as needed.

Support CWT FP&A: build and maintain management reporting and BI, monitor sales and margins, drive pricing analysis, support budgeting/forecasting and CapEx decisions, partner with commercial, supply chain and operations, and complete ad hoc projects.

Lead product lifecycle for the cover board product line from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Drive new product development, VOC research, multi-generational planning, budgeting, certifications, and sustainability initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, supply chain, sales, support), manage a Product Specialist, support international growth, and represent the product in industry associations.

Drive revenue and margin growth across strategic accounts in the West Region by building relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors, influencing product specification, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, delivering presentations and trainings, representing the company at events, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet regional targets.

Own and grow a portfolio of national/regional data center accounts, drive specification and revenue for Carlisle roofing and enclosure solutions, prospect and qualify projects, manage full sales cycle, coordinate with technical services and partners, maintain CRM pipeline, and travel frequently to customer sites and events.

Manage and grow national/regional cold storage accounts, drive specification and revenue for roofing, insulation, and vapor management systems, prospect and qualify projects, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, lead proposals and negotiations, partner with technical services, represent Carlisle at industry events, and travel approximately 70%.
