Manage environmental, health, and safety programs at a manufacturing facility. Lead safety planning, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, root cause analysis, training, audits, ergonomic and PPE assessments, ISO 14001 programs, and corrective actions. Advise site leadership, collaborate with regulatory and corporate stakeholders, analyze OSHA data, support division-wide initiatives, and lead a team of 2–3 safety professionals. The role requires occasional overtime, weekends, and up to 10% domestic travel.

Support CAM operations and supply chain via financial planning, variance analysis, and month-end close. Build AOP and forecasts, analyze plant-level labor, overhead, inventory and COGS, prepare operations journal entries, develop Power BI dashboards, standardize reporting across ERPs, and partner with plant leaders to improve productivity, cost structure, and working capital.

Leads global OEM sales strategy for TyrFil, owning revenue, margin, growth, pricing, forecasting, and strategic account plans. Builds executive relationships, wins new OEM platform opportunities, negotiates multi-year agreements, and manages complex commercialization pursuits. Partners with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Product Management while mentoring sales professionals and resolving customer issues. The role is fully remote but requires extensive domestic and international travel, including frequent visits to OEM, dealer, distributor, and end-user locations.
