Supervise 2nd-shift production of poly iso insulation: manage and coach production staff, enforce safety, conduct performance reviews and documentation, inspect product quality, oversee housekeeping, SPC usage, SOP and training development, support COS processes, fill in for other supervisors, manage waste chemical disposal, and present SQDC metrics to achieve plant goals.

Develop and maintain production schedules, manage inventory and resources, analyze production data and KPIs, coordinate with procurement/manufacturing/logistics, drive continuous improvement and quality alignment, maintain master data and use ERP/production planning tools to meet customer delivery targets.

Develop territory sales in commercial construction by targeting builders, GCs, architects, installers, and consultants. Build pipeline in Salesforce, provide product trainings, offer technical support, gather market intelligence, participate in trade events, and collaborate with internal teams to grow market share and convert accounts.
