Process vehicle registrations, review and reconcile customer paperwork, update records, and manage data across internal and external databases. Coordinate document drop-offs and pickups with DMV and government licensing departments, maintain detailed tracking notes, assist with customer follow-up, and support registration specialists. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication, troubleshooting, composure during escalations, consistent onsite attendance, and willingness to obtain a notary commission if required.

Inspect and assure quality of vehicle detailing, train and assign detailers, perform final detail tasks, log and photograph vehicles, run inventory reports, maintain shop safety and cleanliness, and report equipment issues to management.

Oversee multiple vehicle reconditioning lines and manage facility operations when the General Manager is absent. Drive production, cost, quality, safety, and throughput targets; identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead performance reviews, manager huddles, continuous improvement initiatives, process training, and employee development. Ensure compliance with operating, health, safety, and loss prevention standards while maintaining a high-volume shop-floor environment.
