Follows up with buyers to generate referrals, supports customer satisfaction, reports sales activities and objectives to management, and transitions customers to the Service Department. Requires automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, product knowledge, flexibility, and a valid driver's license.

Oversee used-vehicle inventory and automotive sales operations, coach and develop sales staff, set and exceed sales goals, assist customers with vehicle selection, demonstrate vehicle features, negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and support deal closing while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
