Work with service customers to identify trade-up opportunities, explain benefits of new Hyundai vehicles, present personalized upgrade options, schedule sales introductions, follow up via CRM, and coordinate with service and sales teams to close upgrades.

Sell new and used vehicles by building rapport, qualifying customer needs, demonstrating product features, negotiating payment terms, and following up to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Report to the Sales Manager and transition customers to Service when needed.
