Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving safety, quality, productivity, cost, yields, and setup times in a production environment. Designs and builds fixtures, tooling, machinery, and automation; supports machinery acquisition and qualification; trains production and maintenance staff; applies Lean principles; and provides cross-functional production support.

Leads factory-floor and maintenance operations, emphasizing preventive maintenance, team building, retention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Diagnoses recurring equipment and process issues using DOE and SPC, interprets technical drawings and specifications, and oversees glass tempering, lamination, and edge-finishing processes. The role requires hands-on manufacturing leadership and authority to make operational decisions, with responsibility for building a stable, effective plant team.

Provides administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining confidential employee records, filing and retention compliance, coordinating company events, creating forms, supporting training sessions, and assisting the main office and Accounting Department. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, independence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
