Leads CLINIC’s Training and Technical Assistance section, including strategic planning, staff supervision, training and technical assistance quality, grant and project implementation, budgeting, performance management, and cross-organizational coordination. Oversees immigration law and nonprofit program-management resources, affiliate support systems, reporting, and emerging needs. Represents the organization through trainings, presentations, conferences, and external engagements while ensuring grant commitments, operational plans, and measurable outcomes are achieved.
