Leads the Award Management product portfolio, setting multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple platforms. Builds and develops a product management team, partners with engineering on migrations and modernization, and collaborates with sales, marketing, customer success, and executives on packaging, pricing, and go-to-market plans. Conducts customer discovery, champions Agile practices, prioritizes investments, and represents research institution needs throughout product decisions.

Lead end-to-end AI improvement initiatives by assessing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, gathering stakeholder requirements, designing and integrating AI-powered solutions, and managing deployment and adoption. The role also includes process redesign, executive communication, internal AI enablement, responsible AI governance, privacy, access controls, and measuring post-implementation business impact.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives while carrying an individual quota. Drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, maintain pipeline health and forecasting accuracy, coach sellers on MEDDPICC and deal strategy, and partner cross-functionally to allocate resources and improve sales processes.
