Support enterprise network infrastructure and end-user computing operations through troubleshooting, documentation, configuration reviews, automation, security administration, identity management, endpoint support, and collaboration technology assistance. The intern will work with experienced infrastructure teams, use Jira and Confluence to track work, explore AI-driven efficiency tools, complete a summer project, and present findings to leadership.

Manage and improve automated Linux infrastructure and on-premises Kubernetes platforms. Develop system software, middleware, APIs, and automation using Python, Bash, and configuration management tools. Maintain packages and repositories, support CI/CD integration, troubleshoot operating system, network, and container issues, implement security hardening, and participate in on-call support. Collaborate with application support, development, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Leads platform-wide QA strategy and mentors engineers while designing automated UI, API, and integration testing frameworks. Validates end-to-end clearing workflows, data consistency, and distributed systems; defines test coverage, environments, and reproducible test data. Integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and drives release confidence, resiliency, and defect reduction across trading and clearing applications.
