Operate and support global, low-latency network infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. Troubleshoot routing, MPLS, firewalls and packet-level issues, perform incident response, onboard customer connectivity, and develop automation and observability tooling to reduce MTTR and improve reliability.

Lead and mentor a global network engineering team designing, deploying, and operating low-latency, deterministic trading networks. Drive architecture, project execution, vendor evaluations, automation (Python/API), and cross-team collaboration while owning incident escalation, operational practices, capacity planning, and regulatory documentation support.

The Surveillance Analyst will conduct real-time and pattern-based analysis of option markets to identify possible violations of Cboe and SEC rules, collaborate with teams, and maintain regulatory compliance.
