Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of an AI-native decision platform for bodily injury claims. Design decision frameworks balancing automation, deterministic logic, AI, and human oversight; establish accuracy, explainability, and auditability standards; validate concepts with enterprise insurance customers; translate regulated-domain requirements into engineering specifications; and hire and lead a growing product management team.

Build and operate backend services and durable, event-driven multi-tenant systems connecting AI agents to insurance claims workflows. Own distributed-systems correctness, failure handling, replay, tracing, auditability, data modeling, security, reliability, and production operations. Author cross-team technical designs, review code, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and data teams, and participate in on-call. Help establish standards for agentic coding tools and deliver reliable systems on Azure or AWS.

Build and operate LLM-powered features, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and event-driven backend services for insurance claims. Responsibilities include designing evals and guardrails, implementing semantic search and structured outputs, modeling relational, document, and graph data, tracing model calls, enforcing privacy and security, writing technical designs, and participating in on-call support.
