Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and commercialization of an AI-driven outbound subrogation platform. Responsibilities include customer research, feature prioritization, ROI and adoption measurement, collaboration with engineering and data science, AI capability development, sales enablement, and enterprise customer engagement. The role requires building or relaunching products, shipping data-intensive solutions, supporting sales cycles, and operating as a hands-on product builder in a regulated industry.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact product and technology roles. Advises hiring managers using market intelligence, compensation data, and recruitment metrics; sources and engages active and passive candidates; manages stakeholder communications; improves recruiting processes; builds talent pipelines; and mentors recruiters.
