Leads cross-functional operational transformation initiatives from intake through implementation and stabilization. The role manages scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, adoption, and benefit measurement. It coordinates business, technology, product, and operational teams; drives process improvement and organizational readiness; facilitates decision-making; and coaches an initiative coordinator. The position requires at least five years of experience leading complex initiatives, technology-enabled transformations, or process improvement programs.

Verifies patient insurance benefits, evaluates coverage, recommends suitable products, documents insurance information, supports billing and claims submissions, corrects account receivable issues, and ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance requirements. The role involves outbound insurer calls, patient account review, payment collection actions, claim corrections, and customer service in a call center environment.
