Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and in-store channels. Manage brand positioning, marketing calendars, budgets, agencies, vendors, PR relationships, and campaign performance. Conduct market and competitor research, oversee content and social media initiatives, maintain brand guidelines, and mentor marketing staff while driving customer engagement and business results.

Provides first-line technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, mobile device, and access issues. Manages tickets, user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, equipment, system updates, conference room technology, inventory, documentation, and escalations. Requires onsite work, occasional travel between company locations, and the ability to move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
