Partner with sales to deliver technical pre-sales support for Cellebrite digital forensics solutions to law enforcement. Demonstrate product value, run discovery workshops, present at events, gather customer feedback, document interactions, and collaborate across R&D, Product, Support, and Marketing. Heavy travel across the Eastern territory (50–75%).

Serve as the technical bridge between Corellium and elite security researchers: deliver demos, map reverse-engineering workflows to Corellium APIs, lead PoC evaluations bypassing anti-debugging protections, gather competitive intelligence, and provide product feedback. Requires deep mobile internals, reverse-engineering, scripting, and virtualization knowledge, with frequent travel throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Provide remote technical support for Cellebrite software to Americas customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues, manage CRM cases, meet SLAs/KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain high CSAT.
