Conducts keyword, search intent, competitive, technical SEO, and analytics research; develops recommendations, content briefs, site maps, and optimization roadmaps. Collaborates with clients, leadership, content, design, and development teams to execute initiatives, monitor performance, and improve user experience and organic growth. Uses SEO, analytics, CMS, and email marketing tools while developing strategic expertise.

Leads budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow monitoring, compliance, and accounting oversight for client associations. Supervises accounting support staff, ensures GAAP-compliant transactions, improves financial processes and reporting systems, and presents financial insights to association boards. Oversees event and membership revenue reconciliation, supports audits and accreditation standards, and advises clients on budgets, forecasts, and fiscal decisions. Occasional travel is required for client meetings and conferences.

Leads client strategy engagements by clarifying complex business challenges, synthesizing research and stakeholder inputs, developing strategic recommendations, and connecting strategy to brand, creative, design, messaging, campaigns, experiences, and content. Owns significant workstreams, facilitates client discussions, builds trusted relationships, manages risks and alignment, and produces concise, actionable briefs and narratives while collaborating across leadership and creative teams.
