Teams at Censys

Lead technical support for enterprise sales across the Chicago territory, conducting discovery, designing cybersecurity solution architectures, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept, and managing technical evaluations. The role handles RFPs, security questionnaires, customer handoffs, and early implementation support while partnering with account executives, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams. It also contributes to sales enablement, conveys customer feedback into product strategy, and maintains technical engagement records.

Own the execution and prioritization of Censys’s Internet Map, defining coverage, enrichment, data quality, schemas, and engineering requirements. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to manage delivery cadence, resolve roadmap conflicts, track coverage and context quality, and communicate changes across product and go-to-market teams. The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise in IP, DNS, and routing, plus experience with large-scale data platforms, technical requirements, and distributed infrastructure.

Manage post-sales relationships with federal customers through onboarding, adoption, enablement, renewals, and expansion. Lead customer kickoffs, architecture planning, business reviews, success plans, feature education, and renewal-risk mitigation. Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and executives to support customer goals, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records in Catalyst and Salesforce.
