Own the technical sales process for data products from discovery through close. Partner with account teams, lead architecture discussions, demos, proofs of concept, evaluations, ROI modeling, and technical objection handling. Translate customer needs into solutions involving BI, warehouses, APIs, and benchmarking. Support product feedback and post-sale handoff while helping build sales processes, collateral, and evaluation playbooks in an emerging data products organization.

Lead development of scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems. Build React and TypeScript interfaces, C# .NET and Node.js services, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure, and optimized MSSQL schemas and queries. Collaborate on requirements and roadmaps while promoting code quality, testing, RESTful architecture, and CI/CD best practices. The role also uses generative AI tools and coding agents, with preferred experience in Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and automated testing.

Define and advance secure, scalable AWS cloud platform capabilities; modernize legacy infrastructure; establish reliability practices, observability, SLOs, incident response, and deployment standards; improve developer experience through automation and self-service tooling; and mentor engineers while influencing architecture and platform strategy.
