Partners with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and business leaders to improve processes, employee experience, data governance, compliance, and internal controls. Translates business needs into functional and technical requirements, manages system enhancements, coordinates projects, resolves production issues, and delivers dashboards and reports for operational and executive decision-making.
