Leads regional sales strategy, growth, budgeting, pipeline management, customer relationships, and sales team performance across multiple locations. Develops business plans, manages P&L and KPIs, oversees prospecting and closing processes, supports cross-functional collaboration, and develops talent through coaching and performance management. The role also handles contract discussions, customer presentations, process improvements, and regional revenue and margin objectives.

The intern will collaborate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; learn Navisphere and industry processes; and develop skills in sales, negotiation, operations management, strategic thinking, communication, customer relationship management, and project management.
