Teams at charity: water

Entry-level accounting role focused on accounts payable, expense review and coding, vendor and employee inquiries, expense system administration, audit and 990 support, month-end journal entries and reconciliations, creating processes, managing state nonprofit registrations, and supporting ad hoc administrative projects.

Lead growth of charity: water's $25M+ consumer revenue by owning full-funnel recurring-donor strategy (acquisition, retention, upgrades). Direct paid media strategy and agencies, build AI-optimized media operations, manage two direct reports, drive testing/experimentation, partner cross-functionally on product and analytics, and measure success by Spring enrollment, LTV, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and retention.

Lead accounting operations for US and UK entities, own month-end close, audits, GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, treasury, internal controls, and regulatory filings (including Form 990). Manage and develop the accounting team, support ERP/CRM implementations (NetSuite, Salesforce), and partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to improve systems and controls.
