Develop and execute a Chicago territory strategy to grow Charlie Health’s substance use disorder program. Build relationships with SUD referral partners, conduct frequent in-field outreach, educate providers, identify treatment-access barriers, and gather partner feedback. Collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to improve messaging, engagement, and growth. Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and educational sessions while managing partnerships and territory performance.

Recruit the Charlie Health Go-to-Market team by developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, conducting outreach, interviewing candidates, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and partnering with hiring managers. The role also involves job board campaigns, recruiting partner relationships, networking, candidate presentations, offer negotiations, and promoting the company’s mission and sales opportunities.

Executes accurate, timely multi-state payroll for employees and contractors, including biweekly, bimonthly, and off-cycle payments. Owns UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management configuration, testing, integrations, timekeeping, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Supports audits, reconciliations, tax registrations, garnishments, year-end reporting, employee inquiries, and payroll or HRIS implementations. Partners with Finance, IT, People Ops, and other teams while maintaining payroll documentation and controls.
