Teams at Charter Manufacturing

Leads capital engineering projects across two manufacturing facilities, managing scope, justification, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, training, and closeout. Coordinates operations, maintenance, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective projects on schedule. Uses data-driven decision-making, CAD tools, cross-functional leadership, and technical problem-solving to support equipment upgrades, brownfield and greenfield initiatives, and operational improvements.

Leads the organization’s customer experience strategy and customer service team. Develops CX roadmaps, measurement systems, process improvements, automation, training, and customer communication programs. Uses customer feedback, data, Oracle tools, CRM, and e-commerce platforms to improve responsiveness, loyalty, and service efficiency. Supports pricing, margins, complaints, scheduling, and key-customer service while standardizing processes across locations.

Provides technical leadership for improving manufacturing safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost. Responsibilities include evaluating equipment investments, leading continuous improvement, troubleshooting production processes, coordinating new product process planning, managing capital projects, reducing variation through process control, documenting procedures, and tracking operational metrics. The role requires collaboration with operations, product engineering, contractors, and other internal teams in an onsite manufacturing environment.
