Lead large (>$10M) capital projects from front-end engineering through mechanical completion. Manage engineering design, procurement, construction, project controls, estimating, document management, contractor oversight, scope/change control, schedules and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure design standards, drive Chemours Project System processes, and travel to site locations (up to 40%).

Sell Opteon and Freon refrigerants to OEM customers, develop and execute strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, manage forecasting, pricing, RFQs, and deliver data-driven account reviews to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Develops, maintains, and manages integrated project schedules for heavy industrial capital projects across lifecycle phases. Performs critical path and schedule risk analyses, resource loading, progress tracking, and reporting. Leads schedule reviews, coordinates with engineering, construction, and cost teams, and supports change-management to drive timely project execution.
