Ensures scheduling targets, follow-up procedures, regulatory standards, and front desk workflows are maintained while supporting hiring, coaching, onboarding, and team performance.

Supervise and develop Medical Directors and PCP/NP teams across multiple centers while maintaining partial direct patient care (≈20%). Responsible for market clinical outcomes, P&L, talent development, quality improvement, referrals, payer/community relations, and driving clinical-operations alignment.
