Builds and reviews Excel-based financial models using discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing methods. Assists with WACC development, industry research, financial statement analysis, valuation reports, document management, and engagement coordination.

Support valuation engagements for private equity, debt, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include enterprise, debt, equity, and intangible asset valuations; financial statement, cash flow, covenant, and trend analysis; purchase price allocations under US GAAP; market research; projection and assumption analysis; WACC development; and valuation report preparation.

Supports the Financial and Accounting Outsourcing team through qualitative and quantitative research, Excel analysis, client assessments, workflow mapping, accounting documentation, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and process improvement recommendations. The intern collaborates with team members and clients, assists with accounts receivable and payable processes, documents accounting policies and procedures, and evaluates technology and workflow best practices.
