Lead design, planning, implementation, and oversight of performance improvement and risk management programs for the hospital. Serve as Hospital Compliance Officer, collaborate with leadership and medical staff to drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance across clinical operations.

Responsible for billing, follow-up, and collection of assigned patient accounts by contacting patients, insurers, and third-party payers. Works with collection agencies for bad debt recovery, maintains third-party logs, and assists with coding and posting receivables. Supports timely resolution of outstanding balances and adheres to policies and confidentiality requirements.

Provide mobile psychiatric assessments in the field, determine appropriate level of care, coordinate referrals/transfers and insurance pre-certification, perform DSM and Mental Status Exams, deliver crisis intervention, maintain documentation, liaise with patients/families and hospitals, participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours.
