Oversee the hospital dietary department, including kitchen and dining operations, meal preparation, staff supervision, purchasing, inventory, sanitation, food safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and special dietary coordination. The manager will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while supporting efficient, high-quality food service for patients, staff, and hospital events.

Assist with food preparation and service: set up and maintain salad and dessert bars, prepare and deliver patient meal trays, operate dish machine, clean dining and kitchen areas, stock supplies, and follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Manage hospital account collections: contact payers to collect unpaid claims, submit corrections/adjustments, handle denials and appeals, manage payment variances, verify benefits and payments, document account activity, identify trends and work with teams to resolve A/R issues.

Greet and assist visitors, answer a multi-line switchboard, document incoming deliveries, process incoming/outgoing mail, and provide clerical support for the hospital front desk.

PRN Health Information Management Analyst performs maintenance of patient medical records, ensures compliance with state/federal laws and Joint Commission standards, supports Health Information Services activities, and assists information management tasks—preferably within a psychiatric healthcare setting.
