Lead financial operations for a 150-bed behavioral hospital. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, revenue cycle operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and operational metric reconciliation. The Controller partners with the Group CFO on policies, financial goals, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making, with potential advancement to Hospital CFO.

Assist with daily Human Resources needs at a behavioral hospital during a summer or fall internship. The position is unpaid and may be completed for school credit. Candidates must meet nursing education and licensure requirements listed, with psychiatric facility experience preferred, and may need CPR, behavioral management training, competency testing, flexible hours, and overtime.

The Chief Financial Officer oversees financial and accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and compliance. The CFO advises the CEO on financial strategy, leads cost-control and efficiency initiatives, and supervises accounting and business office staff. The role requires at least three years as a healthcare Controller and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
