Lead end-to-end compensation operations including the annual comp cycle, market pricing and benchmarking, survey participation, comp reporting, pay equity analysis, and compensation program management (401k, deferred comp, LTIPs). Partner with Finance on bonus pool modeling and scenario analysis, support HCM leaders on offers and separation packages, and drive process and tooling improvements across HCM.

Lead quantitative research, driving revenue and trading capabilities through collaboration with trading and technology, and applying rigorous scientific methods to solve business problems.

The Quantitative Researcher will analyze market data to build models and drive innovation in trading strategies, collaborating with traders and engineers.
