Coordinates recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits support, engagement initiatives, HR communications, and reporting. Provides administrative support to executives, assists with meetings and company events, manages supplies and merchandise inventory, and reconciles corporate card transactions. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Supports Account Representatives by handling customer calls, quotes, orders, purchase orders, vendor coordination, material returns, and account follow-up. The role provides sales support, customer service, purchasing, and order management experience while developing knowledge of the steel industry and identifying opportunities for future business growth.

Lead sales and marketing strategy for the Stainless and Aluminum product group. Manage major quotations, monitor market and pricing trends, build customer and vendor relationships, identify growth opportunities, partner with Purchasing, conduct sales calls, develop product strategy, and recruit and oversee Product Specialists. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events while driving sales and profitability.
