Sell ChowNows restaurant technology to independent restaurants in-person across a Chicago territory. Own full-cycle outside sales, qualify leads, run in-product demos, manage pipeline in SFDC, develop outbound/referral strategies, travel ~45% within market, and hit quota while collaborating with peers and manager.

Lead and coach a team of ~10 Territory Managers to drive high-velocity SMB restaurant acquisition. Drive predictable revenue, forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, in-person coaching and co-selling, hiring and onboarding, collaboration with Enablement and RevOps, and personally contribute to selling when needed.

Lead strategy and execution for automated marketing on behalf of thousands of restaurants. Own campaign creation/automation (email & SMS), diner database and consent model, agentic layer to convert data into marketing actions, marketing measurement standards, and activation/adoption of campaign tools.
