The Account Executive will manage client relations, support sales activities, maximize client retention, and enhance overall broker and client experiences.

Manage regulatory product filings and compliance for group and individual life and health products. Coordinate with Legal, Actuarial, Product Development, Marketing and regulators; draft and submit filings via SERFF; track form/document control; communicate regulatory changes and filing status; support product implementation, quality testing, and industry committee participation.

Manage and oversee complex property/casualty coverage and bad faith litigation and arbitration, including outside counsel selection, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, pre-litigation review, strategy development, trend identification, and cross-functional engagement with Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial and Reinsurance. Provide training and present materials as needed.
