Lead US regional operational resilience for ~60 business units and 185 functions. Own resilience strategy, risk identification, BIAs, scenario testing, incident/crisis management, business continuity, root-cause analysis, post-incident reviews, stakeholder communications, and governance to ensure timely recovery and continuous improvement of critical operations.

Lead transformation of credit risk process, analytics, and reporting by implementing agile frameworks, optimizing and automating workflows, driving stakeholder alignment, coaching teams, and ensuring governance and controls to support credit risk management and regulatory compliance.

Design, develop, and integrate cross-platform mobile applications (primarily iOS, some Android). Drive architecture, automation, testing, CI/CD, observability, and security/privacy-by-design. Integrate with Java-based backend services in cloud/containerized environments. Reduce technical debt, improve performance, and collaborate with product, design, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
