Lead a team responsible for production service stability, incident/problem/change management, monitoring and automation, and stakeholder/risk governance. Coach and develop staff, coordinate major incidents, drive root-cause resolution, and partner with technology and business teams to improve operational resilience and service reliability.

Supports the SAS Viya AML production platform by investigating incidents, troubleshooting applications and ETL pipelines, writing SQL, managing Linux virtual machines and PostgreSQL on Azure, overseeing releases, and conducting disaster recovery tests. The role also requires stakeholder collaboration, clear communication, ITIL-based incident and change management, and ongoing awareness of banking technologies and regulations.

Supports relationship managers and high-net-worth clients with comprehensive wealth planning, including estate and legacy planning, tax, philanthropy, life insurance, and business succession. Reviews trust and estate documents, coordinates with attorneys and CPAs, researches fiduciary and tax issues, prepares client materials, supports business development, and delivers educational presentations and thought leadership.
