Leads regional services portfolio strategy for global cloud networking accounts. Develops pricing, P&L, margin, risk, and commercial models; shapes opportunities with sales, finance, legal, delivery, and technical stakeholders; supports strategic negotiations; resolves cross-portfolio ownership issues; and converts successful custom approaches into reusable portfolio, pricing, packaging, and roadmap improvements.

Leads the global Services innovation portfolio, including strategy, intake, prioritization, experimentation, governance, funding recommendations, business cases, and commercialization. Directs innovation product managers and cross-functional teams, evaluates market opportunities and financial returns, oversees pilots and customer validation, and transitions successful concepts into established portfolios. Develops executive reporting, manages special projects, builds team capability, and drives evidence-based investment and portfolio decisions.
