Jobs at Circle Logistics, Inc

Prospect potential customers through calls, emails, and networking; build long-term customer relationships; identify shipping needs; provide transportation solutions; negotiate pricing; resolve shipping challenges; and develop freight sales strategies. The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, teamwork, and opportunities to grow a book of business while earning uncapped commission.

Provide day-to-day administrative and facilities support for the Chicago office: manage operations, reception, supplies, vendor coordination, meeting room readiness, event and move support, furniture assembly, and occasional recruitment assistance.

Own the full sales cycle to drive revenue: prospect and close new business, manage key accounts, handle client escalations, run quarterly reviews, partner with operations, coach juniors, track KPIs, and deliver reliable service across loads.

Drive new business and account growth for a freight brokerage by activating shipper and carrier networks, acquiring shipper accounts, expanding freight volume, negotiating rates and contracts, optimizing carrier capacity, and collaborating with operations and compliance teams. Analyze freight metrics, margins, acquisition costs, and revenue to guide independent prospecting, pricing, and strategic decisions.
