Prospect potential customers through calls, emails, and networking; build long-term customer relationships; identify shipping needs; provide transportation solutions; negotiate pricing; resolve shipping challenges; and develop freight sales strategies. The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, teamwork, and opportunities to grow a book of business while earning uncapped commission.

Provide day-to-day administrative and facilities support for the Chicago office: manage operations, reception, supplies, vendor coordination, meeting room readiness, event and move support, furniture assembly, and occasional recruitment assistance.

Own the full sales cycle to drive revenue: prospect and close new business, manage key accounts, handle client escalations, run quarterly reviews, partner with operations, coach juniors, track KPIs, and deliver reliable service across loads.
