Analyzes creative performance data, market trends, competitor work, and customer insights to strengthen marketing campaigns. Develops data-gathering and reporting systems, establishes benchmarks, tracks campaign results, and translates complex findings into clear recommendations for designers, copywriters, marketing partners, and senior leaders. Presents insights, leads educational sessions, manages multiple campaigns, and supports strategic creative decision-making.
