Lead audit engagements including fieldwork, testing, and documentation; identify risk areas and audit approaches; supervise and mentor staff; manage client communications, budgets, and pricing; support business development and stay current on audit standards.

Plan and supervise outsourced accounting engagements, review workpapers and financial statements, reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts, perform internal audits, resolve accounting issues, interact with client management, and mentor and evaluate staff to drive process improvements.

Provide hands-on tax support during busy season: prepare tax returns and extensions, organize client tax data, assist with notices/examinations, maintain tax software knowledge, and perform administrative tasks while learning practical tax skills.
