Plan and supervise outsourced accounting engagements, review workpapers and financial statements, reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts, perform internal audits, resolve accounting issues, interact with client management, and mentor and evaluate staff to drive process improvements.

Provide hands-on tax support during busy season: prepare tax returns and extensions, organize client tax data, assist with notices/examinations, maintain tax software knowledge, and perform administrative tasks while learning practical tax skills.

Manage clients' day-to-day financial operations including GL, payables/receivables, payroll, reconciliations, closings, financial reporting, budgets/forecasts, ERP conversions, and lead onshore/offshore teams to improve processes and advise on technical accounting.
