We build, install, lease, administer and totally maintain all storage units. Then we send a monthly check to the owner or association for 25% of the total rent collected, with NO deductions for “administration”, “operating expenses”, “repairs”, or ANYTHING.

Immediate cash to you – no waiting for accounting clarification, no adjustments – you get 25% of what we collect – that’s it, it’s that simple!

Owner or association only needs to provide space and whatever utilities are already provided.
