Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for a senior living community. Responsibilities include greeting and directing residents and visitors, coordinating calls, organizing mail and packages, monitoring life safety alerts, assisting residents and families, performing clerical duties, and maintaining an organized reception area.

Provides dining and customer service support in a luxury continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include serving residents, maintaining positive customer relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working flexible AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role requires reliable transportation, at least one year of waitstaff or restaurant server experience, and successful completion of background, drug, and physical screening.

Manages nursing care for assisted living and memory care residents, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, assessments, care plans, admissions, and ADL support. Supervises licensed nurses and caregivers, schedules staff, coordinates replacements, monitors resident and facility conditions, reports to health services leadership, and supports regulatory compliance and resident independence.
