Assists with planning and coordinating recreational, cultural, religious, social, and entertainment activities for senior living residents. Supports calendars and newsletters, purchases activity supplies, distributes mail, escorts residents, and coordinates volunteer efforts, including training and supervision. The role also provides one-to-one resident visits and helps create meaningful engagement in a licensed senior care setting.

Leads sales and marketing strategy to grow occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Manages the full prospect-to-move-in sales process, community tours, referral relationships, outreach, events, digital and print marketing, CRM tracking, reporting, and performance metrics. Supervises marketing staff, collaborates with community and corporate leadership, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports exceptional resident and customer experiences.

Provides daily nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation residents, including medication administration, responding to calls, resident transfers, and maintaining positive resident and staff interactions. Requires an Illinois-licensed Registered Nurse with skilled-care experience. CPR certification is preferred, though training may be provided.
