Manages nursing care for assisted living residents, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, care plans, resident assessments, staff supervision, scheduling, admissions, and regulatory compliance. Provides direct nursing care, supports activities of daily living, monitors medical and behavioral changes, reports facility and resident conditions, and coordinates with the Director of Health Services.

Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect relationship management, community tours, referral partnerships, and pipeline oversight. Develop local marketing and outreach initiatives, manage digital and print campaigns, host events, supervise marketing staff, collaborate with leadership, track performance metrics in Salesforce, and present sales reports. The role requires strong networking, communication, sales, CRM, and relationship-building skills in a senior living community.

Provides campus safety for a senior living community through building rounds, visitor and fire-system monitoring, emergency and non-emergency response, resident wellbeing checks, and incident reporting. The role is part-time every other weekend on an evening and overnight shift. Responsibilities include responding to medical, fire, vehicle, mechanical, and criminal incidents while communicating clearly and working independently or with a team.
