Full-time summer program participants gain hands-on exposure to construction project management, field management, project development, estimating, purchasing, and business operations. Responsibilities include financial tracking, document control, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, scheduling, site logistics, budgeting, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and purchasing. Associates also complete training, jobsite tours, and a capstone project while working in active construction environments.

Supports construction safety, health, and environmental programs across active jobsites. Enforces safety standards, coaches employees and trade contractors, develops project-specific safety plans, identifies and mitigates hazards, conducts site walks, reports safety performance, plans for complex construction risks, and coordinates third-party and OSHA safety reviews. The role requires frequent jobsite work in physically demanding and variable conditions.

Supports construction-site safety programs through inspections, compliance monitoring, safety education, metrics tracking, and planning for high-risk activities. Works with superintendents and project leaders on crane lifts, hazardous materials, fire prevention, and evacuation strategies. This full-time, 8–10 week summer program includes jobsite experience, training, mentorship, networking, and a capstone project.

Lead and enforce project safety programs and standards, develop site-specific safety plans and training, mentor safety staff, conduct hazard assessments and OSHA reviews, partner with field supervision to mitigate risks, and support recruiting and corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe workplace.
