The role requires proficiency with InDesign and PowerPoint, strong communication skills, and occasional travel to construction sites. It is onsite in Chicago and may require extended hours during deadlines.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects including contract administration, scheduling, risk management, procurement, financial reporting, team leadership, stakeholder communication, project close-out, and safety enforcement while supporting business development and recruiting.

Leads regional client growth for Clark Construction by cultivating relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and public-sector contacts. Builds early partnerships, negotiates preconstruction and contract terms, coordinates internal technical experts, monitors market opportunities, manages CRM pipeline intelligence, and represents the company at industry events. The role focuses on positioning Clark as the preferred builder for major projects and expanding relationships into adjacent markets.
