Coordinates the technical and engineering aspects of construction projects, including procurement, submittals, scheduling, material deliveries, drawings, change orders, cost estimates, subcontractor coordination, closeout documentation, training, and project document management.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects including contract administration, scheduling, risk management, procurement, financial reporting, team leadership, stakeholder communication, project close-out, and safety enforcement while supporting business development and recruiting.

Lead technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate with clients, trade partners, and design teams; manage submittals, schedules, materials, change orders, closeout, document control, purchasing support, and team training to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.
